  1. Pictures are super low res, but that doesn’t look like a 105 crank to me. Love the paint job though. If it fits you maybe try to negotiate down to $400?

    Things you can check and use for negotiating power:

    Brake track wear

    Chain wear/rust (buy cheap chain checker and bring it)

    Chainring/cassette wear (get out of the saddle while test riding and make sure the gears don’t skip)

    Scuffs, minor dents, cosmetic issues

    Non Shimano parts (if advertised as 105 drivetrain)

  2. No rust, looks like it was kept inside, decent components, I’d pay $500 at a shop for this used bike. Bit if you’re getting from a private seller I’d try to get it for $400 & have a tune up done on it.
