Is there a reason you are looking at an aero road bike? It has tall 52/36 gearing which can help you go fast but most people can’t sustain such efforts.
The price is not that interesting. For about 4-500 more you can get a brand new [TCR Advanced 2 pro](https://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/tcr-advanced-2-pro-compact-2022). Which is a carbon 11 speed bike from Giant. New bike prices are dropping in 2024 and the used market has yet to catch up to that reality.
From what I can see from the one picture the drivetrain has seen a fair amount of use and I doubt it has been tuned up before selling. You are looking at 100-200 for a tuneup and more if you need to touch the drivetrain.
