I am getting back into the bike game and it’s been awhile. I am obviously oblivious to all the new bells, whistles and prices. I’m thinking about picking this up tomorrow and the seller states it is near mint condition. Model year 2020. He said 2300$ takes it home. Is this high, low or average?

I paid 3k for mine used about 1.5yr ago. Mine is the same bike but with purple bling (well I just put gx on it, waiting to pick it up from shop).
I’d check the frame for any cracks around the shock area and top tube.
Otherwise, I would buy it. I love mine.
Seems like a pretty good deal…there’s a lot of deals on new bikes but most are still going to be much more expensive
You can get a brand new one for $3500. Specialized gives you a lifetime warranty if you buy it new. If you look it over and it’s in new condition then it’s not a bad deal.
These are really for the gnarliest trails (bike parks, double black tech trails). They make normal trails pretty boring. Just keep that in mind since you said you’re just getting back into riding. A Stumpy Evo is a much better all-arounder
What kind of trails are you riding? While it’s a great bike, some of your comments seem like you might be better suited on something that’s less downhill-focused. I think the enduro is 170mm travel both front and rear, making it a pretty chonky boy
If you’re hitting mostly blue trails, doing some berms and small jumps, I think you might find yourself having more fun on something a bit lighter and with less travel, like a stumpjumper
