I have took my cassette of to inspect the hubs bearings, but I couldn’t continue the process as this cone wouldn’t go off. I heard that if you have no groves for spanners on the left and right side of the hub you can just pull them off. I actually could in the past but now it seems to be stuck.

For this, I have a Unior Hub Genie. It’s a wonderful tool.
Bontrager rapid drive? Yes these should just pull straight off but they can get stuck sometimes. Its usually easier to pull on the whole freehub body, just brace against something so the pawls and springs dont go flying. Maybe give it a few love taps from side to side with a mallet. You shouldnt need a special tool
