I have installed this exact model of bb in my bike about 1 year ago and now the bearings have gone bad, they feel pitted and make a lot of noise. When i installed the bb i had to use loctite 641 because even with grease it would squeak.
My first option would be to buy 2 NTN 6805 bearing and a bearing press and just change the bearings and plastic sleeves.
My second option would be to buy a new bb but i do not know if i can remove the old one easily and the new bearings might be also bad quality.
If i use some heat could i unthread the bb?

Sounds like the bottom bracket area isn’t round and misshaped would be worth measuring it to see
I bought one of those. I was looking at it and did some measuring and it really just looked like it would be shitty so I didn’t use it.
It’s not a huge deal to swap a BB but it’s still work. It’s worth it to just buy a good one.
I use a similar design BB. I have replace the entire shell but generally I just replace the bearings
How many kms have you done in that time and in what conditions? Not unheard of for a BB with cheap bearings to go in under a year. The ZTTO BB would’ve used fairly cheap bearings without great seals.
I highly doubt that thread together BB is plastic so you should be fine pressing new bearings into it. The wheels equivalent BB is all about not having to remove the cups, you just replace the bearings when they’re dead. Get some high quality bearings and you’ll be good.
Not sure what the bike warranty has to do with the BB after you’ve replaced it?
If the bearings currently in it are 6805s, I don’t see why you couldn’t get a punch, pop them out, and press some decent bearings in. Thing is, if the frame bore isn’t great it might eat through decent bearings faster then normal too.
Careful with the retaining compound, it expands which could mess with your fitment if you use a lot of it.
lemme guess, they said ceramic? chinese ceramic is not good, the ceramic balls dig into the cheap steel races. it got rough bc u bought a chinese ceramic bearing. same thing happens with their ceramic pulley wheels
