Basically stock
I want to cut some weight to make it easier for transport in and out of buildings etc. what’s a relatively affordable wheelset I can get that will cut some weight off from the stock set. Also questioning slamming stem but not sure how I’d cut my fork, or if I should get a different form and/or stem?

As far as slamming your stem goes, I’d recommend moving the spacers around and riding it for at least a week or two before cutting the steerer.
