    It’ll be the Kona Hei Hei “pivot bolt” or “main pivot bolt” or something similar to that.

    That just requires a large hex tool to tighten it – assuming you’ve not lost the screw cap on the other side of that bolt.

    I dunno what it’s called. But it’s a Kona, so call Kona and get the part. Or find your local Kona dealer and call or go there and see if they have the tool for sale or they can fix it for you. There’s also a chance it’s a 10mm Allen or something like that but I’m not recommending you substitute the right tool for the wrong one if an Allen doesn’t fit properly.

  3. That’s a pivot.
    The drive it used is called a double hex.

    You can get double hex socket bits but you can also use an Allen key.
