My handlebar and fork are misaligned, I thought I was just going crazy but it’s definitely out of whack. Has anyone got a solution? You can see how when the bars are straight, the wheel would steer left

Warranty issue
Loosen the handlebars from the steerer tube and adjust.
Ship it to me I’ll fix it for you
