Edit: the wheels is still straight and the spoke under the hole (it went in on the right spot, so to say) is still fixed in the rim.

Looks like it’s just a tape replacement job to me! It’s very kind of the screw to go through a spoke hole.

Is the rim damaged under the rim tape? That’s the important question
Edit: I think you’re implying it lined up directly with a spoke hole. If that’s the case, and the spoke hole looks normal then I’d just replace the rim tape and probably buy a lottery ticket
