
Canyon H31 Ergocockpit CF. Problem with fixing the cockpit and fork. I don’t understand where a problem is: fork or maybe clamp? Maybe I lost some part of the fork… Did anyone face with the same issue? It happened after my reassembling.

two things
on the steerer tube there is one piece right above the frame which typically holds the fork in place and puts tension on the headset.
the other is that typically the cockpit (and anything else) is left lose until the top screw is tightened (make sure to not over torque) and the. then the cockpit is fixed
it is hard to see but it seems as if that first piece is moving as well which suggests it is not properly tightened
edit: forgot – there needs to be some space between the top cap and the fork so screwing down actually pushes against the steerer tube. if there is no space, i.e. the top cap makes contact with the steerer tube then you need another spacer
