I’m not comfortable on my Grail anymore. When i first got it my reach was a bit far for my liking.
I was out of commission for a while, and then i picked up weightlifting again, as a result i do not fit comfortable on the bike anymore, there is just to much bodyweight on the handlebars.
I already tried every position possible with the current seatpost etc, but i am screwed with the fixed handlebars right now.
I contemplated selling the bike, or buy a grizl frame and put al the parts over and change out the handlebars.
As a last attempt on fitting on my grail, would a 0 deg seatpost be worth trying before i put it up for sale? What would be your advice here?

Would some yoga/streching excersizes be an option?
Sell it.
Get a new bike. Dont throw good money after bad.
How tall are you and what size is the bike? If it’s the right size dimension wise, then you need to change up your bike fit until it works for you. Too many people keep claiming their bikes are too big for them, yet their saddles are too low, stack is too high and they don’t sit on the saddle with their hips rotated forward. Bottom line is, it’s probably not the bike and is likely the way the bike is incorrectly set up according to your own dimensions.
It’s such a relaxed geometry that you shouldn’t have much weight on the bars.
The easiest way to reduce weight on bars it to push harder on the pedals 😆
In any case, lifting isn’t your problem. I lift and slam all my road bikes, which have a sportier fit than gravel bikes, and ride these for up to 12hr days. Stretching daily helps a lot with this.
Is the bike the right size? Double check with the online recommendations. I’m usually a medium but ordered a small and it’s perfect, they tend to run large.
Other than that I’d look at moving the seat forward or raising the bars if they’re lowered.
Then try stretching/yoga. If this frame is the right size but you can’t fit it then most other bikes will be the same, it’s a decently relaxed geometry (compared to road bikes at least).
Or get a bike fit and they can recommend how to proceed.
The geometry of the Grizl is nearly identical. This wouldn’t solve your problem unless you’re about to use short mtb stem.
