That appears to be a regular plastic rim strip that most likely won’t seal off the rim for tubeless applications.

I could be wrong but I don’t think that’s tubeless tape. The rim might be tubeless compatible but it has to be taped with tubeless rim tape to hold pressure

Rims may be tubeless, but this rim strip sure ain’t.
Redo the tape and it should work.
