Photo taken just prior to some brain dead idiot who blasted through his stop sign and creamed me. Haven’t got to examine the bike yet, but I put a fair amount of work into it and am kind of attached to it. I broke two little bones in my neck. Back, shoulders, and ribs are fucked up. Hoping my bike is less banged up than I am. Guy that hit me was cited for “failure to yield” lmfao. He did not even stop to have the opportunity to yield. Crazy you can slam into someone and break their neck and you get a petty violation like that. Consulting lawyers today. Ready for vengeance.

If you’re consulting with an attorney then I suggest you remove this post OP. At least remove the details and your plan for vengeance. I’ve worked for defense and plaintiffs offices involving personal injury and the defense would just LOVE this post of a bike with one brake and a claimant stating they were out for vengeance. Regardless of any charges the driver received this can lessen your recovery if they see you did it maliciously. Just my two cents. Sorry about your steamroller. I’ve been looking for a grey or black steamroller but may need to settle for banana.
