It’s a rather oldish bike with a low end group set but it’s got a decent frame and fork. If it’s clean, it’s a decent starter road bike. Do I think you can resell it tomorrow for $400? Not likely, but that doesn’t matter if you’re going to ride it for a while. Amortizing another 100 bucks on a bike you ride for a while is negligible.
