so I’ve had this bike for about two months and I have no knowledge of what it was before because it was spray-painted black, but I’m wondering if I can put thicker tires on this bike preferably 2.4 like the vans ex cult tire x cult tires right now. The tires on the bike are 20 X 2.25

Front won’t be a problem, rear might be tricky tbh. The cult waffle aren’t a heavy tread though so it could be very close

I could not fit S&m mainline 2.4s on my FTL frame but they’re a larger, more tread heavy tire
If you can, it will be close and then every time you slightly bend your rim it will be a big stupid hassle. There is literally no need for bigger tires, it’s a sales gimmick more than anything else and will drag more on grinds and weigh more. Toss a 2.3 on the front if you want, but other than that I’d leave good enough alone.
The cult tires run a lil big so I think not
