I have a Canyon Endurace CF7 Di2 and encountered a potential issue while fitting new bottle holders: I noticed what looks like a crack on the carbon frame. The bike is nearly new and has not been involved in any accidents. Here are some photos showing the area in question. Does this seem like an actual crack or just a surface scratch? Would appreciate any insights, especially from those familiar with Canyon bike frames.

that seat stay is fucked. dont ride it
Contact Canyon and don’t ride it.
It’s a warranty case. I had the same issue in the chain stay. Poorly bonded. They will send you a new frame and compensation for the replacement. This is the area where the rear triangle is glued to the main diamond.
My frame cracked in almost the same location a few months back. My bike was a year old at the time and Canyon replaced the frame under warranty. They even arranged a mobile bike service to transfer the components at my home. The process took about two months. I continued to ride it even though I was advised not to. I’m in Los Angeles.
My friend, you don’t have a potential frame issue, you have a frame issue. Haha
It’s honestly shocking how frequent these types of damages occur with canyon bikes as of late. Honestly glad I didn’t buy one just now.
