  1. It's not the fault of the driver or the biker, it's the bad street design. Putting bikes next to speeding traffic is a terrible idea. If there are people who want to bike, the city should give them space in the form of bike paths that are physically separated from automobiles. This way everyone gets to where they need to be faster and safer

  2. Intersections such as this are problematic bike lane or not. Drivers who pass you and stop or execute a turn in your path of travel are horse's butts and seriously chance serious injury or worse to you.

  3. They just put new painted bike lanes all over where I live. I don't know what the answer is but it's a problem offen I was wondering what if bikes rode against traffic instead of with traffic ???

  4. When you grow up you can buy a car & follow the rules of the road. We cannot see you & majority especially in snow while transporting young children, our elders, whole family’s or the breadwinner getting to & from work safely & back are not looking 👀 for bicycles on major roads in big cities. We’re trying not to hit pedestrians or get crushed by other drivers or trucks just like you.

  5. Light was also yellow which means both the bike and car should have stopped because it was yellow long enough for both to have safely stopped.

  6. 90% of inbred incels commenting aren't smart enough to know the law. If the car driver passes the cyclist and cannot get to the corner before the cyclist gets to the corner, then the car MUST SLOW AND WAIT until the cyclist has past that corner. Left hook and right hook turns are illegal. That fumbduck in the car could have waited four seconds, it wouldn't k|ll him.

  7. If your gonna be on the road then your gonna follow the rules of the road, dumbass biker should’ve started stopping or better yet, not be on the road at all.

  8. Nope the problem is when on a bike you think like your on a bike but when in a car you think like in a car try to think like a car and keep yourself save by sometimes letting the car go in front of you so you stay save keep thinking how do i come home without getting hurt by stipid people be the smart one and dont go autopilot like everybody else

  9. If a pedestrian was crossing ahead on a green light & stupid driver turned left right into them, is the person on foot to blame?? Hell no. Neither is a cyclist.

  10. For that road specifically, it would be safer without bike lanes. It is actually safer for the bikes to travel on the roads. It's a terrible design. A better design would be to put the bike lane next to the slower cars on the right (specifically for bikes slower than cars); and to allow faster bikes to ride on the roads with traffic (assuming the bikes can keep up without impeding traffic).
