If that’s the case then you probably have a freewheel, not a cassette. The (very slight) wobbling that you are showing in the video is common with freewheels, it’s not that big of a deal and there really isn’t a fix for it anyway.

I’d be more worried about how out of true the wheel is.
Precession is what’s happening and it happens because the freehub is sitting on bearings that have some amount of play so it can move freely. Not an issue.

usually, those axles are broken/bend, when it moves like this. if there is no superfanzy ceramic-rim or so, id buy a used, but better wheel for around 20,-€.
