I’ve never seen one without some sort of center hole, but if two small holes are OK, old BMX chainrings are often close to that. Haro 8 Ball or “eye ball” or my personal favorite, the Tioga or Peregrine Compact Disc style. If you do go vintage bmx, be prepared, prices for relatively simple things can be eye opening.

It could be made completely solid in about 20 minutes with a welder.
