Advice on rear rack

I’m looking to add a rear rack to my new bike and never had one before so I’m a little lost.

I’m hoping to find one that’s lightweight and relatively small. I’ll only be using it to haul small items (bike lock, sweatshirt, etc.) so not worried about weight limits. Also won’t be using panniers.

I’ve noticed that my eyelets on my frame seem to be in weird places. One on the underside and one sort of front facing.

1.) do you think either of these racks would work on my frame? Tumbleweed mini pannier & Tubus Vega.

2.) any good rack options that I’m missing?

3.) what’s a good 4-7L bag to use? Most of what I’ve found is way too large for my needs.
