I had been mountain biking for years on an 01 GT Timberline. No crazy terrain but total gravel. Originally, I was going to buy a Nukeproof Digger but when I finally got the nerve to lay down the money the US branch collapsed! I couldn’t believe it! I did more research and settled on a Marin Headlands 2…I hesitated and missed my window to purchase one and they sold out super quick! I cannot kid you, I was so bummed out. My local shops are Cannondale, Salsa, Trek places, all of which are great bikes but not what I was looking for. While searching for a Headlands 2, my current bike populated and I jumped on it. I feel I did a pretty good job and the bike is a massive upgrade over my poor old GT. I am not usually braggy, but this bike is a beast and the only Marin I have encountered locally.
-Enjoy!

Looks great. Who makes the bike stand?
Nice. What made you so set on the headlands?
