I just had my seat post crack horribly on the trainer, and need to get a replacement one ASAP. I can’t find the part on the canyon website, and need help. I’m in the US
Also I’m not even going to touch customer support because they can’t be asked to respond to another ongoing issue with the flash 600 after reaching out multiple times over 2 months. They respond once, then put me in the back of the 2 week queue.
