Found a Trek FX1 with disc brakes at 350 and a Specialized Vita for 250
FB marketplace sellers dont respond sometimes so I’m trying to go through multiple potential options. Just want to see if these are valued properly.
Just want a good bike for commuting and some light trails/grass

Average prices if in ready to ride in good working condition and don’t need a tune up or new tires or anything else. $50 lower offer would be better.
Both prices are a lot better than what I can get locally on my FB market. The FX1 disc has some good budget gravel bike potential.
