Quite a odd comparison as MSRP is 1200€ vs 2300€. But i can get the Orbea for 750€ or the chisel comp for about 1300€. The deore groupset on the orbea seems equal to tbe nx eagle on the chisel. The Suntour RAIDON 32 RLR Boost on the orbea is apparently alot worse than the RockShox Judy Gold on the chisel, but worth the 600€ price increase?
It will mostly be used for light trails and winter commuting in enough snow that the bike path resembles a mtb trail. Max price 1500€
The extra cost doesn’t really matter but a 50% price increase for just a better fork and flashier frame seems not great.

I had a chisel expert 2019, its a fantastic bike but tjat model had a reba, an im a huge fan of specialized, but i would go with the orbea, for the price and if you dont like the suntour fork you can upgrade, on a second thought if you dont like the suntour fork you wont like the judy eather….
