Even if you could, I’m not sure you’d want to. Looks like the crank arm is permanently attached to the outer chain ring, which looks oddly worn – the teeth look like their points have been worn down. The smaller chain ring is worn too, but by chain wear due to the shark tooth profile.
There are plenty of affordable and high quality options for square taper crank sets. Even cheaper if you go used.

Find a replacement crank, these are often on cheeper bikes you can sometimes pilferage one. But its always nice to upgrade to somthing with chainring bolts and a standard 104 bolt pattern. Keep in mind a replacement crank will likely have a different offset so you may need to change the bottom bracket as well.
