Hi, just bought a new bicycle from Canyon and on my first ride I noticed a knocking, upon further inspection i found that this plug pops out every left turn to make a popping noise when it does, and now I realise they didn’t install one of those plugs on the lower cable, anyone else had this problem of the plug not staying in on their bike?

Contact Canyon if they forgot one of the two plugs.
