I’m not 100% familiar with either bike or the spec, but just eyeballing it the Liv seems significantly more modern based off of the cassette size, frame and how the shifter cables are routed.

Liv has Claris on it, right? I’d go for the Liv because it’s more modern, probably hasn’t been ridden much judging by how it looks. Way prettier too IMO.
