Can anyone tell me what’s causing this pinching on my tube and how to fix it? I had patched it once already. The second pic is of the area where the tube sits and the spoke had sorta broke through the rim tape so, I put duct tape over the hole before I reinstalled it. It worked fine until yesterday and the tire was flat again, this time from a small tear in another spot.
I tried googling how to move the spoke down some so, it wouldnt poke through but, all I could find was about truing the wheel. Unless, that’s what I’m needing to do? I’m confused and needing clarification.

You need to ensure your spoke nipples are tightened down, which is basically truing the wheel. Once your spoke nipples are not poking much on your rim, you need to wrap the wheel in rim tape or wrap your duct tape around the rim to act as rim tape. This ensures that there is an even surface for your tube to inflate inside the tire.
Are you also inflating to the right PSI? it seems you’re on the low side, hence the snake bites.
