You can’t be serious..
If anything, the jockey wheels may be making the slightly extra noise that you hear
clicking are the pawls from your freewheel clutch.
They looks like this, but is attatched to a cylindrical and splined body instead of just this ring, that body is what your gears mount to.

The other side is on your hub and has teeth the pawls engage with when pedaling and “clicking over” when freewheeling
