Don’t know the year. Perfect commuter. I don’t like the handlebar. B cause of the angle of the dangle I can’t tell if those brake levers are appropriate for the brakes. The levers look like they’re for a mtb.

This is a 1981 or 1982 in “brilliant blue” due to the gray head tube, gray bands on the seat tube, and typeface for “Made in France” and “Super Mirage” (1980 U.S. models have a script typeface). There also appears to be a plastic “M” logo glued onto the seat tube between the gray bands. Those were on 1980-1982 models.
