Is this still safe ?

Can I ride this to the bike shop or do I need to carry this with the car ?

This is the rear wheel.
There was a bump every time the wheel touched the rear left brake and it was growing more and more pronounced so I decided to undo the rear brakes and ride without rear brakes back home.

I’m wondering how safe it is to ride the bike on the road.
