    Hey all,

I’m a bit inexperienced when it comes to disc brakes and seeking some guidance on mounting brake callipers onto my bike frame. As you can see in the photos above, I’m working with a frame that has specific mounts for disc brakes, and I’m a bit unsure about the right callipers and bolts for the job.

To provide more details, there’s a 35mm gap between the two holes (measured from the middle of each hole). I’m wondering if anyone can share insights on the appropriate mounting system or bolts I should use to securely attach a calliper to this frame.

Any sort of information is welcome.
    Thank you!

  2. That’s a standard flat mount disc setup. Any flat mount brake caliper will work but be mindful that you may need an adapter depending on what size rotor you have. These usually work directly with 140mm and need adapter for 160mm rotors.

If you look up the spec of the bike/ frame online, sometimes they tell you what length bolts you need to attach the calliper
