Is this normal on budget droppers? Dropper post will make a knocking sound if you put weight on it after being fully extended. This knocking only happens when you actuate the dropper to full extension and sit on it. It doesn’t happen if it is compressed. I’ve reached out to the seller and I was told this is normal. Although I’m sceptical as I haven’t saw other droppers making same knocking sound as mine. The dropper is EXAform 900i and seems a rebadge of KS rage-i.

I have a KS on my dropbar and it doesn’t make any noise at all.
Can you add air to this one? I’ve had some play at full extension when the pressure isn’t up to spec
When did you last bleed it?
