Hello and Merry Christmas.
I am concerned about my new bike, Grizl CF SL 7 eTap.
After mounting the seatpost, I noticed that the seatpost clamp screw sits very deep into the channel, in fact, so deep that provided rubber plug was not holding in place as it is too short.
I checked all the instructions and video and am sure I did not miss any additional steps in installing that screw. Both screw and plug was in mesh bag.
I used the provided carbon mounting paste and torque wrench.
I had not yet ridden the bike because I feared something could be wrong.
Is it ok? Did someone experience similar? Any advice on how to cover it from dirt?
Thanks!

Is the [insert](https://www.rennrad-news.de/forum/attachments/endurace-post-png.1024753/) mounted to the frame? It has a rubber lip on top of the frame.
