That’s 9001km travelled since 2019. 9001km where my car has been parked securely under cover at home, not out in the blazing heat to work. 9001km not adding to congestion or air pollution. 9001km getting a mental break between home at work.

Bike is a Trek SuperCommuter +7. I swapped the handlebars for ones with a bigger sweep and rise, but otherwise all it’s needed so far are new brake pads every 1000km or so and a bit of oil on the chain.
The chain still has life left in it, the gears haven’t gone out of tune and the battery hasn’t lost any noticeable range.
I’m amazed at the quality of this machine. I’ve never owned a bike that just keeps on going like this.
