  1. It’s fine that shaft is solid AF. Just remember to tighten the stem only with the plug in place.

  2. Scoring looks normal but keep an eye on the jagged uppy downy one in pic two. Upper left of shot. It looks like it’s compressed

    They usually break directly at the fork or in the middle of the head tube. The clamping area for the stem is probably way overbuilt to resist the clamping forces and won’t be particularly weakened by a few scratches.

  4. you should be worried that you were so blinded by buzz-words and fashion that you bought something you don’t understand.

    but that steerer is fine.
