As you can see in the video, the freehub is somewhat “stuck”.
The wheel was replaced and the problem persists. This wheel on a 785 look was ok. on my 795 it looks like this.
Any advice?

Looks like some sticky pawls, what brand/model is that hub ? Is it new ? Or recently serviced ?
May be nothing to worry about as it’s new. Some freehubs take time to bed in and work freely. Shimano hubs do just this all the time. Few miles of riding and it tends to die down. Worth checking in any case.
