Really really therapeutic so this is uh yeah a lovely spot for that so I knew that my next nursing placement was taking me s seven miles away from home and it was a really tricky bus Journey so a bike seemed the easiest option and I knew from past experiences that my
Cycling Fitness wasn’t necessarily going to be up to the task so the ebike seems like a a senseful option and it’s been a dream I cycled every day to my my placement and back no problems weathers set myself a bit of a challenge that I wouldn’t give up at any point and I
Would would cycle every day and yeah it’s been it’s been perfect for that I like the range of gears and the range of the the pedal assist options just means that nothing’s a problem and you’re not really worried I mean like right now we’re going down quite a steep hill but
I know that it get up it again easily on any other bike I would have been worried about oh how am I going to get back again yet I like that I still getting some exercise if I want to have a bit more of a workout then I can just turn
The assist and just use the gears that’s fine I can do nearly all of a weekly shop strapping some panas on the pack and going up to the shops if I need anything in town or anything further away that I would normally have to rely
On buses to get to just sniff on the bike now and then two and from work every day 7 minutes to work 10 minutes back which is which is perfect 485 on my odometer so far uh so yeah pushing up to 500 miles which is pretty good at the minute with
My commute only been a couple of miles I charge and I still use it for rides like this and for shops and things like that I finally charge maybe once a week it doesn’t look like an ebike it’s not super flashy it’s not top Tech AO road bike it’s quite understated quite simple

Got that bike I wasn’t properly diagnosed or treated so one of the big things I struggled with was fatigue and being tired and I just couldn’t my exercise tolerance just was not there for that at all whereas even on my worst days if I’m really re tired having this
Doesn’t I don’t have that problem so I hadn’t cycled a lot wasn’t the most conf ident but I feel a lot more confident now than I I did when I first got it I’m quite happy cycling in in traffic coming out on rides like this made me really
Really like cycling and got me into cycling which I didn’t think it would I thought it would just be a way of getting around um I watched the tour to France this year for the first time ever and watched some of the world cycling championships for the first time ever
