  1. No, not a problem. This wobble is not as extreme as some I’ve seen and will not effect performance. It’s caused because all of the bits (freewheel, hub threads, etc) are not machined perfectly concentric with each other.

  2. That rattling noise seems to indicate that you have routed that chain in correctly.

    The change should never touch any part of the derailleur cage.

    It should only be touching the jockey wheels.
