Im part of a team of 12 communications technicians…..Not one of us is paid the same amount…..BECAUSE 1. We all were hired at different times. 2. most of us were hired at different rates because we were hired at different times 3. some of us had previous experience that got us more money at the start. 4. some of us have gotten extra certifications within the company that got us more money while other did not try……..the team is made of all men and our DPH ranges from about 30 to almost 50 and we all do the exact same job……This argument is so tired and debunked

The thing about women is that they put up with a lot of shit that few men would put up with. They all probably did prep work in advance for weeks to make sure nothing would go awry while they striked which should be the opposite of what they should do bc they should show how needed they are in the workplace.
Meritocracy should reign over diversity. Or else you are just saying the women are too dumb to work with men.
Diversity and affirmative action just blatantly state that the people who would get jobs because of it would otherwise not get the jobs because they haven't the skill for it. Just lower the bar for those idiots and makem think they're just as good. It's insulting to anyone involved.
