That’s about as cheap as you’ll find a usable frame, and the geo on those is solid. If this fit all of my existing parts I’d buy it.
Seems good. Check for steerer length on the fork and rear wheel spacing just to make sure. You may need a BB spacer if the BB shell width is a different one. But any LBS should have one for tip money.
