How does this CAAD13 look? Just want a double check.

I was going to buy a new 12speed 105 caad13 for 310,000 yen ($2150), but then I saw this 2022 one with 11 speed in my size for 170,000 ($1200). I bought it because it seemed ideal for me.

Looking for a quick reality check: does it look fine? Seems in good condition and the price is excellent. Is there any problem with the 2022 model year / anything I’m missing, other than 12 speed? I know the stem is slammed and I’m willing to try getting used to that.
