I’m thinking of going on a 2+ month bike tour of Patagonia in Chile/Argentina. Currently looking at the Priority 600 (2.1k) or Kona sutra (1.5k). Open to other recs.

The 600 is gonna be basically bombproof, but if something does go wrong unexpectedly, it’s gonna be a lot harder to find parts for. The wider tires are also a plus in my opinion.
The Kona on the other hand uses extremely common components going so far to even use cable operated hydraulic calipers so while your chances of running into trouble or wearing parts out are much higher, you’re pretty much guaranteed to be able to find parts pretty much anywhere
Personally, I would go with the priority and bring a spare belt just in case
