Infinity Cycles founder & owner takes you on a tour of his favorite roads and climbs around the Alicante region of Spain.

This route is from Santa Pola – Agost – Tibi – Alicante – Santa Pola and covers 80 miles / 120km. .

The first 40km are mostly flat / rolling through nice lanes and small villages. At 40km you will climb Miagmo, from Agost and then drop down to Tibi, which is where the next climb begins. Once over the top of Puerto Tibi, you descend into Jijona and then start a long and gradual descent all the way back to Alicante. The route I took back from Alicante on this ride probably wasn’t the best as there were some busy toads to navigate ( by Spanish standards ) – but there are quieter lanes which you could take.

  1. Great video, reminds me of when I was leading cycle tours in the region of Extremadura. No tourists, very little traffic and lovely road surfaces. Am I jealous? You bet I am. Thanks for posting
