Wassup fellas, I’m new to buying bikes and I was wondering if this would be a good first bike I have about $800 right now and I like the way this bike looks. I’m planning on riding trails around my area nothing to crazy maybe hit little jumps. I’m 6’0 240 lbs atm

I don’t own one, but it’s a good first bike for a great price. You’re going to want to have a little money left in your budget for pedals, MIPS helmet, eye protection, and gloves.
Commencal’s a great brand, but what you need is their Meta HT. The Absolut is a DJ Bike, you’ll kill yourself riding trails with that.
