  1. What a lovely young man and loving family. How awful that this excuse of a human being so brutally took Connor's innocent life away. However, well done to his Mum who has made a living tribute to her son with the progress with the Probation Service. Hugs to you all. Seeing his Grandad and important family members getting upset wrecked me 😥🩵

  2. Another case highlighting the ineptitude of the British judicial system. Its pitiful how short the UK sentences are for murder and the way the judge fell over himself to give this remorseless piece of shit a 5 year reduction. Shame on you all involved in this let off.
RIP Conner and condolences to the family, you deserved none of this yet faced it all head on. Thanks for inspiring us all.

  3. Are you SCUK before ? I think that motor cycle tube don’t like it, because they also using SCUK as their YouTube, I’m looking for you and couldn’t find.

  4. So Braden's brief said he thought he was attacking the girl's ex boyfriend. So that's OK then? The ex didn't deserve anything either. Imagine if Connor had got so bladdered that he slept through the sound of the crying baby. RIP mate.

  5. 'Evidauntly'!,as an alcoholic+drug~addict!', with a psycopathic-mentality!,the murderer of Conner shall get his life🫥ended!inevitably, due to the proof of the 'Universal😏Law'='the symultanaity of cause&effect'!,to wich we are all self creating subjects🤗

  6. He said organised crime is the greatest threat to the UK. Thats rubbish. The UK governments are the greatest threat to the country, as is the government's of all countries. Unorganised crime is a huge problem too.

  7. Uk criminal justice system is actually protecting criminals let them be behind bars there most of life but on name of good behaviour they make them more dangerous so it’s a joke on name of justice system

  8. I have to add.
THAT THE JUSTICE SYSTEM PUNISHED THE FAMILY
    AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    With the INSULTING SENTENCE!

This is why you push the people to take the law into their own hands!!!!!!
We don’t believe or trust the JUSTICE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!

  9. If the guy has criminal ties that make National authorities keep an eye on him, why wasn't he stripped of his pilot licenses? It's things like that I will never understand. Especially when just down the road a guy late for work can be harassed by police for going 7 miles over the posted limit, have his insurance jacked, and potentially lead to him losing his license.

  10. The justice system did wrong. The UK justice system is a joke and seem to favour the criminal. He should of got life without parole. His obviously a danger to the public!!!

  11. I saw the pain in connors brother ,,its a story close to my heart after losing my older brother, you could see that like myself,he wasnt just an older brother he was his best freind someone you look up to,,amazing family the lad has there,,nice people, wish them all the best 🙏🙏

  12. Omg omfg, those pictures of Conner brought instant tears to my eyes, his lips were so swollen and a complete shoe print across his forehead 😭 😢 😩 i can not begin to imagine how scared Conner must have been, how much pain he would have been in and the sheer terror his parents must have felt upon seeing him.
I have a 20yr old son and i worry so much, we live in Australia and over the past 10yrs or so there has been a HUGE problem with what is referred to as 'one punch kills' which is basically as it suggests, a lot of young men have lost there lives being king hit in the head just once and its either been so hard its caused an unsurvivable catastrophic brain injury or its been so hard its caused them to fall and hit their head on a surrounding object that has caused and unsurvivable catastrophic brain injury, the issue became so bad at one stage that at least 1 young man a week somewhere in the country was getting killed this way, but the perpetrators were getting little to no jail time, a couple of them even just got probation….. for taking a life WTF…..
So there was such an uproar, petitions and protests after more than a dozen different young men died across the country and most of the perpetrators were only charged with assault and were either given 2yrs or less in prison or no prison at all because the laws didnt cover something like this.
So the public backlash forced the government amend the laws across the country which were changed to make the 'one punch kill' punishable by a MINIMUM of 10yrs in jail and so it should be.
It was shown that every single time it happened it was either at the end of a private party or at a pub or nightclub and was sparked entirely by TOO MUCH alcohol drunk by the perpetrator who was then losing their temper over stupid shit like accidentally being bumped into and they would literally just turn around and king hit the person killing them.
Anyways as i was saying i worry so much for my son and have done my best to try and educate him NOT to get so drunk that he struggles to look after himself properly, also not to engage with anyone trying to pick a fight to just leave in the opposite direction as fast as possible.
Also we are starting to see an increase in knife crime here too, nothing like in the UK but we are certainly on the road towards it, young people need to calm the hell down, if you can't cope with alcohol consumption then DON'T drink, nothing is worth losing your life for or taking a life for.

R.I.P beautiful Conner, you are sorely missed and will forever be 🕊❤️

  13. Although confronting i think it was the right decision by Conner's parents to allow those pictures to be shown.
It actually makes it real, when pics are blurred people really dont pay any attention, why would we…you can't see anything so its a nothing so to speak.
Humans are visual beings until we actually see something with our own eyes its only imagination and its very hard to imagine pain unless you've experienced it before of course.
So has hard as it must have been to do so i thank Conner's parents for allowing us to see the REAL reality of the horrific damage we can inflict on another person when violence is used and HOPEFULLY it helps others to choose a different path to sort out their grievances.
    VIOLENCE IS NOT THE ANSWER.

  14. The Probation services are bad enough when run by government but when run by Corporations they don't give a shite. They deliberately don't do the job because it is all about money to them. The could not give a shite who gets killed.

  15. The probation service probably do not allow anyone else to view internal documents as this would expose all their failings the whole system is corrupt to the core.

  16. It's stupid to think every criminal becomes rehabilitated automatically after a few years in prison. Perhaps thousands or millions of people should lose their lives, and after a few centuries, authorities understand it!

  17. I feel terrible for Conner Marshall's family. His murderer should not have been out on the street to start with, and then for his "remorse" to get him a lesser sentence? What rubbish. He should have been escorted back in front of the judge after his little act and been given the full sentence.

  18. I'm an American so forgive me, how much "white collar crime" is gotten away with in the UK. How many Russian oligarchs own tons of London properties? Trafficking and laundering billions.
