Out of curiosity, I’m seeking help identifying this Raleigh I’m stripping down and rebuilding for my daughter. I’m mostly curious about the age.

The bike is a made-in-Canada Raleigh, even down the the Robertson headed screw under the bottom bracket holding the cable guides. I am guessing it’s late 80’s to very early 90’s. Lugged CroMo frame and fork. Tange headset made in Japan. Vintage SR SP-452 pedals made in Japan. Biopace crankset. Exage 400 LX group set.
