For those who have not been training in this kind of weather conditions I can say that this 4 hour ride is the same as an 6 h ride in summer weather conditions 🥶
Cold weather training sessions it makes athletes and anybody really healthy and strong! Gustav is building a super strong inmune system! Cheers from Maui!
