Hello and welcome back! This time I’m a little under the weather, so taking it easy and also trying to maintain momentum. This is how I attempt to juggle that anyway. Hope you’re all well 👍

Keep pushing 🙌🏼
I'm new here. I'm loving it. Cheers.James
I’m a new subscriber Andy…enjoying your videos 👍🏻👍🏻
Have you thought about doing Zwift's 20 minute FTP test? My perception is that the ramp test is "easier" and gives you a higher FTP. That sets the level you train at so, possibly, you are training at too high a level. Maybe if you are getting theough thr sessions it doesn't matter. And maybe I am completely wrong. Anyway, thanks for the videos and hope you get better soon – there is a lot of illness about.
Haha > he pulls out a Mr. Tyson quote !
Cheers buddy + thanks for having us along.
I'm inspired to take action now!
Great videos Andy. Keep them coming and get well soon.
Really enjoying the videos, AndyC. PBP looked amazing and keen to see how your training pans out over winter. Nice work 💯
Kudos for getting out there when under the weather. Lucy Charles Barclay has an interesting video "How indoor training helped me to win. Iron Man World Champion". I appreciate she's a professional and can train all day, but is focusing on indoor training in winter something you would consider, especially when it's wet and freezing and coughs and colds are more likely?
Biggest mistake of my life training hard when ill……. 88 on course riding GB World Champs and trained with bad cold…. went to flu…. went to Glandular Fever…. season over! > I suggest to get on indoor trainer and just turn the legs if ill……. its not rocket science listen to your body. peeps!
Thank you, another great video! Your channel has very quickly become a favorite of mine!
I read recently that if the cold symptoms are above the neck e.g runny nose then its o.k to continue to train however below the neck i.e chest, then its time to rest up!!
Good to see you getting out. I think just being consistent is good for mentally keeping your self training even if fitness may drop off slightly. Great video buddy I’m new here
(myocarditis has entered the chat).
Training while sick , unless its just very light recovery will just prolong the sickness.
