The total basically says it, I’m considering upgrading my rack wheels, but whenever I watch YouTube videos, it just says how to install the wheels not the round thingy. Can anyone help?

That’s a seat post bung. It goes in the bottom of the seat post. I think they included it because they figure you lost it by now
That is a replacement brake for your seatpost! No idea why it’s included with the easy wheels, but it is a welcome addition since they tend to fall and get lost every now and then!
I’ve a few of those rubber bungs, got them from 2 sets of these and from the rack set. These Eazy Wheels are amazing, rolls as smooth as butter!
How much were the easy wheels and have you found them an improvement?
I jam the bung in the post with elastic bands, and cut off the ends of the elastic that are sticking out. haven’t lost a bung yet.
